Returns Policy:
Buyer should contact within 48hrs if there is any problem with the item. Please contact asasp via message and return goods
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. .
If you don't contact and return the item within seven days, refund will not be issued as we have to decide that the item has been used.Upon receipt of goods refund will be issued.

Usually most of our items SENT WITH TRACKED AND SIGNED. We will send you the tracking number along with the dispatch note and retain postal receipts for all items
International delivery- Usually takes 7-10 days from UK TO Australia usually takes 10 -20 days.
Please keep in mind that this shipping terms are just estimations and might be sometimes even shorter or longer.Delays may occur due to any exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, authorities of customs, local post services, location etc.)
